Failed response to my issue at the fuel pump.

I texted my concern to customer service at the provided number, because I lost the ability to get my reduced price on fuel. The fuel tank shut off at 26 gallons instead of 35. I spoke with the attendant and she said I should contact customer service. I did and I received an email later stating that the matter was under review, that was about 3-4 weeks ago. I havent received any correspondence since then. Very concerned the individual texting never follow through completely with a response or solution. Hopefully this matter can be corrected since were loyal customers. A response or solution.

User's recommendation: Notify customer service in hopes the matter will be taken care of. Always give the business the opportunity to do the right thing.

Great customer service

I stopped by the Selbyville DE store about 6:30 am to pick up two items. Being new to the store, I just wanted to get what I needed quickly. I saw Lisa in produce. I could tell by her expression that she was mired in her task. (I know when my wife has that expression to stay away.) However, I did not want to spend much time in the store. As I approached Lisa she looked up and her expression went from dealing with the pressure of her task to a huge smile. She told me where to find my items and engage me in pleasant conversation. What a special person!

My experience have been in differences, blood in cooked chicken, molded items. My recent experience led to a folded piece of plastic in my cake I could have choked or died from. My groceries was almost given to the another customer and finally my groceries was thrown into my car. There is definitely a problem!!!

Raid products are flys

I brought some fish from the Harris teeter in Charlotte NC at the cotswold. When I open the package my granddaughter said “what’s that bad smell” and I said it must be the fish, I went ahead and cooked it, that fish smelled up my whole house, the clothes that I had out to wash and I rewashed my clothes with vinegar because the clothes had a fishy smell I had to clean the floors again too, I sprayed the whole house with air fresheners too .

Finally got the smell out of the clothes and the house, nothing like this has ever happened before with me cooking fish before. I will never buy any fish from Harris teeter unless it’s in the frozen bin.

Senior Puckup

Called store to get help with adding Senior Discount. The girl walked me the it.. I told her its not there.. told since I couldnt get the code for Sr Discount to submit order and she would fix it when I picked up order.. Didnt happen. Someone came out explaining she couldnt do this after you submitted.

Customer perscriptions are not getting filled.

I really hope that you'll stop over working the minisual staff you have and hire help. Your profitt margins is not more important than your employees well being or your customers quality of care. Covid doesn't give you an excuse!

Problem with food quality

I went to HT. in Boone, NC. and for the 3rd week in a row I found that you put Impossible and plant based burger defrosted on display, this is not right, you need to sell frozen, I could go on and on how wrong this is, take my word for it, change your policy!

Bags with Handles

Harris Teeter seems to be phasing out grocery bags with handles. These bags were why I shopped HT I'll be spending my $500 a month elsewhere since bags with handles are becoming a memory of better days &;;; customer service standards!

I was there my friend in the last century and many stores bags did indeed have handles. Somehow I think you weren't there except maybe in the gleam in your father's eyes. Thanks for the laugh.

I ordered 4 cases of wine on 12-10-2020 and paid almost $200 at that time. I finally received a call yesterday (1-27) that my wine had arrived. I asked if I could pick it at the online line since I am 82 years old and just had my COVID vaccine. I was told 'NO'. So, what H/T wants me to do is drive to the store; enter the building and tell them that I would like my 4 cases taken to my vehicle. That makes no sense to me ...and is certainly something I would ask of a Senior citizen spending that much money!

Faulty product--no response

I received NO response to my notification of the product that made me ill; neither in written form sent to their headquarters in South Carolina, nor the online copies forward to their sites

Rude employee

Bought two lunch specials but Caleb the cashier would only take off the extra charge for one. Then rudely told me to go take it up with customer service. What a jerk.
